Job summary

Move Marketing is seeking an SEO Manager to own SEO and AI Search strategy across a portfolio of B2B clients in Industrial, Science and Technology sectors. You’ll drive technical audits, migrations, content optimisation and reporting, collaborating with Client Services, Content and Design to boost visibility and conversions.

With 4+ years in SEO and strong agency experience, you’ll lead on-site projects, retainers and performance analysis, while contributing to broader digital activity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SEO, agency experience preferred.
• Strong B2B SEO experience in industrial/science/tech sectors.
• Proven ability to grow organic visibility and leads.
• Solid technical SEO knowledge: site audits, migrations, structured data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver SEO and AI Search strategies to drive visibility and leads.
• Lead technical audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Own SEO workstreams on website projects including migrations and redirects.
• Manage ongoing SEO retainers; implement technical, on-page and content improvements.
• Guide Content team on search-led content for traditional and AI-generated answers.
• Monitor rankings and provide quarterly performance reports with recommendations.
• Provide UX/conversion insights to turn organic traffic into enquiries.
• Support wider Digital team on paid media, email, and analytics when needed.
• Contribute SEO insights to Move’s B2B framework and client pitches.
• Stay ahead of algorithm and AI Search developments and share best practices.
