Argus Media is accelerating its AI and automation strategy. The Technology Project Manager will plan, lead, and deliver strategic AI and technology initiatives that improve efficiency and drive business value.

You will partner with the GenAI team, technology leadership, and business stakeholders to shape delivery plans, manage risks, and ensure successful adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology, digital, software, or transformation projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-focused communication.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and technology projects from initiation through to implementation and adoption.
• Manage the AI Champions Programme, ensuring governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, and delivery of objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resources, dependencies, and milestones.
• Define project scope, objectives, outcomes, and success measures with Technology and business leaders.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across technical and business teams throughout delivery.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering groups, and stakeholder meetings with clear progress updates.
• Monitor delivery against scope and business outcomes; ensure timely delivery.
• Champion adoption of AI and automation to deliver measurable efficiency gains.
• Support change activities including communications, training, and adoption planning.
• Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts for visibility.
• Continuously improve PM practices and governance across Technology.
