Job summary

Argus Media is seeking a Technology Project Manager to accelerate AI adoption and automation across the business. You will lead planning and delivery of strategic AI initiatives with the GenAI team, technology leadership, and business stakeholders.

This role requires strong leadership, governance, and delivery expertise to manage multiple projects and drive measurable efficiency and business value. Hybrid working and cross-functional collaboration are key.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology or transformation projects from initiation through to completion.
• Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
• Proven track record in hybrid/dynamic delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and technology projects from initiation through to implementation and adoption.
• Manage the AI Champions Programme, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, and delivery of programme objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Partner with Technology teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to define project scope, objectives, outcomes, and success measures.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Facilitate project governance forums, steering groups, and stakeholder meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, decisions, and trade-offs.
• Monitor project performance and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and against agreed business outcomes.
• Champion the adoption of AI solutions and automation opportunities, ensuring projects deliver measurable efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Support business change activities including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and tracking tools, ensuring accurate visibility of delivery status and priorities.
• Continuously improve project management practices, governance, and delivery processes across the Technology function.
