Job summary

Argus Media, a leading market intelligence provider for energy and commodities, seeks a results-driven Project Lead to steer AI and technology programmes from initiation through delivery. You will manage governance, engage diverse stakeholders, and drive measurable efficiency improvements across the business.

You will develop plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, control risks, and champion AI adoption with clear communication and training.

Qualifications

Experience delivering technology or transformation projects end-to-end.
Strong planning, risk management, and governance skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts to business terms.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI and technology projects from initiation to adoption.
Manage the AI Champions Programme with governance and stakeholder engagement.
Develop project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones; track delivery.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between technology and business teams.
Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Champion adoption of AI solutions and automation to improve productivity.
Support change activities including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
