Qualifications

• Experience with a wide range of project management approaches and tools.
• Experience on large-scale, multi-geographical transformation programmes (legal sector desirable).
• Ability to present findings clearly to a variety of stakeholder groups.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication with presentations and editing.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain language.
• Strong change management, adoption and communication experience.
• Interest or experience in AI technology solutions.
• Interest in emerging tech and adoption methods.
• Collaborative and flexible approach.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to operate in ambiguous and changeable environments.
• Decisive and able to move projects with pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of AI projects from business case to training.
• Develop project control documents such as plans, RAID, and logs.
• Support change management and AI adoption with stakeholder communication.
• Identify interdependencies and reduce silos across the business.
• Define success metrics and ROI tracking for projects.
• Educate colleagues in project delivery tools and skills.
