Zusammenfassung

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking an AI Transformation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives within our Business Transformation team in London. You will manage business cases, project plans, requirements analysis, process mapping, data modelling and rollout planning.

You will also build control documentation, support organisational design and change management, and communicate with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading AI transformation projects in a global, multi-geographical setting.
• Ability to present findings clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of conveying complex concepts.

Aufgaben

• Lead management and delivery of AI projects, including business cases and plans.
• Develop and manage project control documentation (plans, RAID, action logs).
• Support planning with organisational design, processes, and technology input.
• Guide process analysis and re-engineering for efficiency and standardisation.
• Support change management, AI adoption and stakeholder communications.
• Define success metrics, ROI, and benefits realisation; track progress.
