Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP (Non-partners) in London seeks an AI Transformation Project Manager to drive the global AI programme within the Business Transformation Team. You will oversee project governance, planning, and execution across multiple units, delivering business case definitions, data analysis, process mapping and change management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in employing a wide range of project management approaches and tools.
• Experience on large-scale, complex, multi-geographical transformation programmes (legal sector desirable).
• Ability to present findings clearly to varied stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead management, analysis and delivery of AI projects including business case, plans, requirements and UAT.
• Develop and manage project control documentation (plans, RAID logs, action logs).
• Support planning and analysis with advice on processes, organisation design and technology.
• Identify process re-engineering opportunities for efficiency gains and standardisation.
• Support change management, AI adoption, and communications with change sequencing.
