Job summary

J.P. Morgan in London is seeking a Strategy Associate to help shape AI adoption across the enterprise.

You will support the PMO for AI upskilling and partner with the AI Enablement leadership, translating complex activity into clear management information and executive-ready decisions. In a Chief of Staff capacity, you will connect work across pillars, identify dependencies and risks, and assist leaders in driving measurable commercial impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AI and ability to apply it to business workflows.
• Experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, or Chief of Staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong PowerPoint, executive communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into practical insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex information into concise executive insights, recommendations, and actions
• Drive planning across priorities, highlighting dependencies, risks, blockers, and decisions
• Apply structured problem-solving and analysis to strategic priorities
• Coordinate initiatives across AI Enablement pillars, flexing support as priorities evolve
• Develop reporting and insights on AI adoption, engagement, and impact
• Support business and functional stakeholder engagement, coordinating actions and follow-through
• Maintain effective governance and operating rhythms across the portfolio
