Job summary

Bytes is seeking a senior leader to build and grow the Co-pilot Studio and Power Platform practice. You will blend hands-on delivery with strategic direction, guiding a team of consultants to deliver AI-driven, low-code solutions for enterprise customers.

You will shape the service portfolio, establish governance and best practices, and work closely with sales and marketing to drive growth and client success across Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience with Power Platform, Power Virtual Agents and/or Microsoft Co-pilot technologies.
• Deep technical understanding of Co-pilot Studio and the wider Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience leading a consulting, implementation or delivery team within a Microsoft-focused environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to communicate at executive levels.
• Microsoft certifications AB-730, AB-100, PL-200 or PL-900.
• Experience with governance, security and compliance in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, evolve and execute the vision and strategy for the Co-pilot Studio & Power Platform practice.
• Lead, mentor and support a team of consultants, fostering quality delivery and continuous improvement.
• Remain actively involved in customer engagements, workshops and project delivery as a technical authority.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing to support pipeline development.
• Identify, define and launch new services that expand the Co-pilot Studio and Power Platform portfolio.
• Drive standardisation and governance across services, delivery frameworks and documentation.
• Represent the practice in customer engagements, partner events and leadership forums.
