Job summary

Trinity Estates is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to turn practical AI opportunities into scaleable value across operations. Hybrid role in Hemel Hempstead, reporting to senior management, shaping the roadmap and establishing responsible AI standards.

You will map current processes, run pilots, collaborate with product, data and security teams, and drive adoption through training and playbooks, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Leading process improvement or automation initiatives from discovery through rollout.
• Hands-on delivery of pilots using low-code tools, RPA or AI services.
• Governance frameworks involving data privacy, security and legal review.
• Building metrics dashboards and reporting benefits, ROI and adoption.
• Change management experience, including training and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Map current processes, data flows and pain points with frontline teams.
• Build business cases and success metrics for simplification, digitisation, automation or AI.
• Designing and running proofs of concept and pilots with clear hypotheses and measures.
• Coordinating delivery with technology and data teams, and ensuring compliance and security.
• Enabling adoption through training, playbooks and change management.
• Tracking performance, capturing feedback and iterating solutions post-launch.
