Job summary

iO‑Sphere seeks an experienced coaching professional to work with a diverse set of learners across HR, operations, marketing and finance, guiding them through a 15‑month AI transformation programme.

You will conduct live coaching sessions, manage a caseload of around 40 people, and provide monthly one‑to‑one guidance, with quarterly employer reviews to calibrate progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or training professionals in AI, data or digital adoption.
• Ability to frame problems, build stakeholder buy-in and coach across functions.
• Comfort with iterative delivery in a startup/regulated education setting.

Responsibilities

• Coach cohorts of working professionals across HR, operations, marketing and finance.
• Run live coaching sessions and manage a caseload of about 40 learners.
• Provide monthly one-to-one sessions and guidance on progress and targets.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with learners and their employers to track qualification progress.
• Provide timely marking and feedback on learners' AI projects and portfolios.
• Assist with onboarding and maintaining compliant records and logs.
