Job summary

iO-Sphere is looking for an experienced coach to guide working professionals across HR, operations, marketing and finance through a 15‑month AI implementation programme. You will review real AI work, coach judgement on problem framing, model trust, and stakeholder alignment while shaping a hands-on learning experience.

You’ll run live coaching slots, manage a ~40-person caseload, provide monthly progress guidance, and participate in quarterly employer–learner reviews, all within a

• Experience coaching working professionals in AI or related domains.
• Ability to manage a caseload and track progression.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live coaching sessions (weekly two-hour slots).
• Maintain a caseload of around 40 learners and monitor progress.
• Conduct monthly one-to-one and group guidance discussions.
• Lead quarterly reviews with learner and employer.
• Mark learner work within 48 hours with actionable feedback.
• Handle onboarding conversations and maintain records.
