Job summary

iO-Sphere is seeking a hands-on coach to guide working professionals in AI adoption within their organisations. You will oversee a 15‑month programme, coaching learners across HR, operations, marketing and finance, and help them apply AI to real business problems.

You’ll review real AI work, frame problems, and coach stakeholders to trust models while building the business case with measurable results. This is a startup environment and you’ll contribute to shaping how we coach and support

Qualifications

• Hands-on with generative AI, agents or automation on real business problems.
• Able to explain complex ideas to non-experts with tact and clarity.
• Willing to pursue teaching qualification and DBS checks if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live coaching sessions with cohorts on a weekly cadence.
• Manage a caseload of around 40 learners and track progress.
• Provide monthly one-to-one guidance and group progress sessions.
• Lead quarterly reviews with learners and their employers.
• Mark and give actionable feedback within 48 hours on AI projects.
• Handle onboarding conversations and maintain required records.
