Job summary

iO‑Sphere is seeking a hands-on AI coaching professional to guide working professionals across HR, operations, marketing and finance through a 15‑month programme on real AI problems within their own organisations.

You’ll review real AI work, coach judgment on framing problems, model trust, and stakeholder engagement. The role combines coaching with feedback on workplace AI projects and portfolio evidence.

Responsibilities

• Live coaching: weekly two-hour sessions for each cohort with a fixed slot, small group, scenarios and direct feedback.
• Manage a caseload of around 40 learners, tracking pace and progress to anticipate late-stage issues.
• Provide monthly one-to-one meetings and guidance (IAG) on progress, targets and next steps, both individually and in groups.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with learner and employer to discuss qualification progress and next steps.
• Mark and give feedback within 48 hours on learners' real workplace AI projects and portfolio evidence.
• Oversee onboarding and records, including suitability conversations and maintained records for compliance.
