Grove Talent is partnering with a highly successful international software group to appoint a Business Transformation Leader – AI. You will work across software businesses, markets and leadership teams to identify opportunities where AI can create significant impact.

This role embraces a true transformation mindset rather than a fixed methodology, and focuses on delivering measurable outcomes such as new products, revenue opportunities and productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Broad experience across technology, product and business leadership with AI focus.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to influence without formal authority.
• Proven track record building and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive transformation in complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI-driven opportunities that deliver real commercial and product impact.
• Partner with leadership teams to redefine products, teams and operating models.
• Collaborate across technology, product, commercial and operations.
• Build high-performing, cross-functional teams and rapid demos of capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate organisational dynamics.
• Create momentum for leadership to own the transformation.
