Job summary

Pixi Beauty in London is seeking an AI Analyst to transform business problems into practical AI-enabled workflows. You will collaborate across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Marketplace to understand processes, clean data and build automated solutions.

You will apply Excel, SQL and Python to data, manage APIs/JSON and work with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier and UiPath to deliver measurable value. This is a hands-on, cross-functional transformation role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, automation or AI workflow development.
• Strong Excel skills and practical experience cleaning and reconciling messy datasets.
• Ability to use SQL and Python or other scripting languages for data analysis or transformation.
• Experience with APIs, JSON and developer tools; familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier or UiPath.
• Experience using or integrating LLMs such as OpenAI or Claude.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into structured requirements, solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Marketplace teams to map processes and define rules.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows; build or improve data pipelines and dashboards.
• Develop testing plans and monitor live workflows; ensure privacy and security controls.
