Job summary

Pixi Beauty in London is seeking an AI Analyst to translate business problems into practical AI-enabled workflows that deliver measurable value across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Marketplace. You will work directly with teams to improve data, build dashboards and automate processes while integrating AI tools with ERP, ecommerce and reporting platforms.

This hands-on role requires ownership from problem framing through testing, launch and adoption, with a focus on data quality,

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in business analysis, data analysis, automation, or AI workflow development.
• Strong Excel skills; able to clean and reconcile messy datasets.
• SQL and Python or similar scripting for data analysis.
• Experience with APIs, JSON, developer tools and automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, UiPath).
• Experience using or integrating LLMs like OpenAI or Claude.
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ownership from problem definition through testing, launch and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex problems into structured requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Map workflows to identify root causes and scalable opportunities.
• Define business rules, approvals and controls before development.
• Prioritize work by business value, effort, risk and scalability.
• Design, build and deploy AI-enabled workflows using LLMs and automation platforms.
• Connect ERP, ecommerce, CRM and reporting platforms.
• Develop testing plans covering accuracy, exceptions and failures.
• Monitor live workflows and improve them based on user feedback.
