The Portfolio Group Inc. is seeking a Product Analyst to evaluate AI-powered products and turn complex data into actionable business insights. You will build dashboards, define KPIs, and work with AI engineers and product teams to assess model outputs and feature impact.

You will bring strong SQL and Python skills, plus experience in product analytics, A/B testing, and presenting findings to senior leadership. This role is office-based in London with direct influence on product strategy.

Formación

• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience building analysis and dashboards.
• Product analytics experience including KPIs, experimentation, user behaviour and segmentation.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, generative AI or LLM-powered products.
• Understanding of AI system evaluation, scoring frameworks or evaluation datasets.
• Ability to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
• Confidence to challenge decisions with evidence.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze user behaviour, output quality, performance trends and identify gaps.
• Build dashboards and KPIs; use SQL and Python to turn data into insights.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to evaluate LLM outputs and regressions.
• Develop evaluation datasets and scoring frameworks for AI accuracy and reliability.
• Explain findings to senior stakeholders and influence product priorities.
