Job summary

AIConfident in London is seeking an enthusiastic AI trainer to lead training and innovation sessions, delivering AI literacy, ethics, and governance content to diverse clients. The hybrid role requires 2–4 years of experience and regular travel to clients across the south east and beyond, with a base salary of 40–50k plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in consulting, training or account management.
• Strong communications and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and logistics.
• Experience delivering training or coaching to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of organisational change management.
• Familiarity with AI policy, ethics, or governance.
• Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead training and innovation sessions.
• Manage client delivery from enquiry to delivery and follow-up.
• Develop toolkit of repeatable training materials and resources.
• Grow product offerings and contribute to thought leadership.
• Represent AIConfident externally as an ambassador.
