Job summary

Capgemini Invent in London is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our AI Governance & Trust team, helping clients design, implement and scale responsible AI frameworks.

You will work across strategy, innovation and delivery to enable safe, ethical and transparent AI adoption, shaping governance processes, policies and operating models, and communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of AI governance, ethics and regulatory landscape and translating into practical policies and controls.
• Knowledge of how AI systems are built, deployed, and monitored to manage risks across the lifecycle.
• Strategic thinking to break down governance challenges into structured components.
• Excellent communication to explain governance concepts to diverse teams.
• Continuous learning to stay updated with regulatory changes and assurance tools.

Responsibilities

• AI governance delivery – create or enhance governance policies, processes and operating models.
• Change and capability uplift – deliver knowledge sharing sessions and training materials.
• Workshop design and facilitation – lead workshops for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Presentation and storytelling – present governance insights clearly to stakeholders.
• High-quality output delivery – produce polished, impactful client deliverables.
