About the Role

This role as an AI Trainer for Norwegian content offers a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise to train AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of Norwegian language outputs. The position offers flexible scheduling and a chance to impact AI development in Norwegian.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Educate AI: Analyze and give feedback on AI-generated Norwegian content to improve accuracy and applicability.
2. Problem Solving: Provide solutions and explanations in Norwegian, checking punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing to teach AI reasoning.
3. Red Teaming: Identify biases or limitations in AI knowledge, designing tests to ensure reliable outputs.
4. Work Schedule: Create your own hours based on project needs.

About You

• Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Norwegian.
• Strong English writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
• Critical eye for text, able to articulate strengths and weaknesses.
• Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
