About the Role

Shape the future of AI in the Norwegian language as an AI Trainer - Norwegian Writers. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your subject-matter expertise and develop your AI skills. You will play a pivotal role in training AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of Norwegian content generated by AI. The position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to contribute directly to the advancement of AI in the Norwegian language.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to the Norwegian language to improve the AI's accuracy and applicability.
2. Problem Solving: Use your expertise to provide solutions and explanations to complex problems in Norwegian, including checking punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
3. Red Teaming: Identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base, and design tests to ensure reliable outputs.
4. Flexible Scheduling: Create your own working hours depending on project length.

About You

• Enrolled in or have completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Norwegian and possess excellent English spelling and grammar skills.
• Strong writing style with the ability to critically evaluate written text.
• Professional writing experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Additional Information

This is a freelance, hourly-paid position. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence. We do not offer sponsorship. International students on valid visas may apply; specific circumstances should be discussed with an advisor. Compensation varies by location and experience. The hourly rate range for US-based candidates is $15-$150 USD.
