About the Role

This innovative role as an AITrainer - Catalan offers a unique opportunity to leverage yoursubject-matter expertise and develop your AI skills. You will play apivotal role in training AI models, ensuring the accuracy andrelevance of Catalan content generated by AI. This position allows forflexible scheduling, and your contributions will directly impact theadvancement of AI in Catalan.

Your Day to Day

• Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generatedoutputs related to the Catalan language. Your guidance will directlyimprove the AI's accuracy and ability to apply its knowledge toreal-world problems.
• Problem Solving: Using your expertise,you will provide step-by-step solutions and explanations to complexproblems in the Catalan language. This could include checkingpunctuation, spelling and grammar, and/or creative writing. Your inputwill be crucial in teaching the AI how to reason through theseproblems effectively.
• Red Teaming: Utilize your deepunderstanding of the field to identify potential biases, limitations,or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base. Design and conduct teststhat push the boundaries of the model's understanding, ensuring itsoutputs are reliable and applicable to real-world scenarios.
• You create your own working hours depending on project length.

About You

• Enrolled in or havecompleted an Associates' degree or higher from an accreditedinstitution.
• Fluent proficiency in the Catalan language.
• Possess a strong writing style with excellentEnglish-language spelling and grammar skills.
• Have acritical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths andweaknesses of written text.
• Professional writing experienceas a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similarroles
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts

Important Information

This is a freelance positioncompensated on an hourly basis. Please note that this is not aninternship opportunity. Candidates must be authorized to work in theircountry of residence, and we do not offer sponsorship for this 1099contract role. International students on a valid visa may be eligibleto apply; however, specific circumstances should be discussed with atax or immigration advisor. We are unable to provide employmentdocumentation at this time. Compensation rates may vary for non-USlocations.

Pay Range (rate per hour) $15 - $150 USD
