About the Role

Shape the future of AI in the Dutch language. This role as an AI Trainer for Dutch content offers a unique opportunity to use your expertise to train AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of Dutch generated content. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Educate AI: Analyze AI outputs related to Dutch, providing feedback to improve accuracy and applicability.
2. Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations for complex Dutch language problems, including grammar, punctuation, and creative writing.
3. Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in AI knowledge, designing tests to ensure reliable outputs.
4. Flexible Hours: Create your own schedule based on project needs.

About You

• Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Fluent in Dutch; strong English writing skills.
• Critical eye with the ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses of text.
• Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, editor, etc.).
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Additional Information

This is a freelance, hourly-paid position, not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country; sponsorship is not offered. International students with valid visas may apply; consult a tax or immigration advisor. Compensation varies by location.

Pay Range: $15 – $150 USD per hour

Work Model: Remote-friendly hybrid model with hubs in San Francisco Bay Area, NYC, and Wrocław, Poland. Emphasizes asynchronous communication, autonomy, and occasional in-person gatherings.
