Job summary

Taprave Ltd in Manchester is seeking an AI Tools & Implementation Trainer to design and deliver practical training while building internal tools and client solutions using Lovable, Claude Code, and Codex.

You will lead workshops, create reusable training materials, and support client teams through deployment and post-handover support, ensuring safe, reliable tools and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience building working applications or internal tools using AI-assisted development platforms.
• Practical experience with Lovable and at least one coding assistant such as Claude Code or Codex.
• Sufficient understanding of code, databases, APIs and authentication to inspect and troubleshoot your work.
• Experience testing applications and managing changes through version control.
• Experience delivering training, workshops or structured demonstrations.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong requirements-gathering, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Sound judgement about AI limitations, data handling and when to seek expert support.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement practical tools for clients and teams.
• Work with colleagues and clients to understand problems, user needs and project requirements.
• Assess whether an existing product, automation or custom application is the best solution.
• Use Lovable, Claude Code, Codex to build prototypes and agreed software solutions.
• Configure interfaces, databases, integrations and user access.
• Review generated code, troubleshoot errors and test functionality.
• Prepare tools for deployment and coordinate technical reviews.
• Document setup, operation, limitations and ongoing maintenance requirements.
• Support users after handover and resolve issues within the agreed scope.
• Design and deliver client training workshops.
