Job summary

Carrington Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Technical AI Consultant to turn client AI ideas into working solutions in London. You will listen to problems, decide what to build, and spend substantial time hands-on coding and prototyping with Claude and other AI tools.

You will coordinate delivery teams, lead workshops, and guide steps toward a live service, while ensuring security, testing and cost considerations. A consulting background, including Big 4 exposure, is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building technology or AI solutions in client-facing settings such as consulting or tech services.
• Hands-on coding skills (e.g., Python) and rapid prototyping of AI concepts.
• Experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code to write, test and review code.
• Strong understanding of how large language models work and how to apply them for client solutions.
• Familiarity with one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Turn AI ideas into working solutions and prototypes for clients.
• Lead or participate in workshops and coordinate delivery with partner teams.
• Write code, build proofs of concept, and guide steps toward a live service.
• Ensure testing, security, monitoring and cost considerations throughout delivery.
