Job summary

PwC is seeking a Delivery Manager in Advisory to lead front-office transformation programmes for consumer goods clients, driving AI-enabled value and growth. You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape project strategies, and oversee high-performing teams while advancing PwC’s AI offerings in the market.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Consumer Goods front-office functions or a consulting environment.
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies, with curiosity and drive to shape AI in commercial transformations.
• Ability to bridge business and technology discussions, bringing AI-driven thinking to solve challenges.
• Proven experience delivering multiple large-scale commercial transformation programmes, including cross-market engagements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management, able to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with customer-centric mindset and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of front-office transformation programmes for consumer goods clients, ensuring successful outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to understand business priorities, shape project strategies and act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to drive growth, efficiency and customer value.
• Help define and build PwC’s AI proposition within the Consumer Goods and front-office space, developing innovative use cases, shaping market offerings and bringing AI-enabled solutions to clients.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools and ways of working across project teams and client engagements, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning and experimentation to enhance delivery and business outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, proactively managing risks, issues and project performance while ensuring clear communication, alignment and effective decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and contribute to practice growth through business development, proposal development, client presentations and the expansion of AI‑led consulting opportunities.
