Job summary

Sandhata Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced, hands-on AI Tech Lead Developer to guide a team building an enterprise-grade Generative AI application for a large global insurer. You will blend Python engineering with DevOps enablement and secure integration of LLM technologies into scalable environments.

The role requires leading engineering teams, practical AI development, automation, and a drive to solve evolving challenges in this fast-moving space.

Qualifications

• Strong Python engineering with production systems using FastAPI.
• Excellent Java engineering in production environments.
• Hands-on with Generative and Agentic AI technologies and LLMs.
• Experience evaluating LLM performance and prompt handling complexities.
• Solid DevOps mindset with CI/CD and observability best practices.
• Experience integrating AI services into real-world apps or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI developers to build core services and features for enterprise-grade AI app.
• Implement LLM integration, RAG, prompt-driven workflows, and orchestration.
• Develop and optimize Python-based AI components including prompt orchestration and evaluation tooling.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, observability, and security frameworks.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (and related tools).
• Collaborate with platform leads, architects, and design teams for reliable ops.
• Support benchmarking, evaluation, and experiment tracking for LLM performance.
• Contribute to RAG implementations and data access patterns for enterprise use cases.
• Help shape API standards and reusable patterns; documentation for platform adoption.
