Cloud DevOps Limited is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with enterprise customers, designing and operationalising production-grade AI infrastructure on-site in Cardiff. You will architect multi-agent pipelines, integrate LLMs with tools and data sources, and build RAG/ autonomous agent frameworks while owning client relationships from scoping to production optimisation.

The role demands at least five years of industry experience, strong Python/TypeScript skills, cloud and DevOps

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Strong software engineering background in Python and/or TypeScript, with production system experience.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
• Experience designing multi-agent systems, prompt engineering and reliability guardrails.
• Cloud and DevOps proficiency (AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code).
• Familiarity with vector databases, model APIs, observability and tracing, and MLOps practices.

Responsabilités

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to design, deploy and operationalise agentic AI systems.
• Architect multi-agent orchestration pipelines integrating LLMs with tools, APIs and data sources.
• Build and tune retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and autonomous agent frameworks.
• Own end-to-end technical relationships from scoping through production optimisation.
