Job summary

Milltown Partners is seeking an AI solutions consultant to join AI Studio in London. You’ll work embedded within client teams, delivering media intelligence and advisory projects while developing internal AI tools to enhance efficiency and impact.

You’ll bring a background in comms, policy or opinion research, with an aptitude for learning new tech and a collaborative, client‑facing mindset. The role is hybrid, with time in the London office and client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• AI-native, with experience building and deploying tools using a varied tech stack.
• Ability to translate client needs into working AI studio solutions.
• Comfortable building in ambiguous situations without established systems.
• Strong empathy for comms, policy or opinion research clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborative instincts and commitment to inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into working AI Studio project plans.
• Build without an established playbook, drawing on comms/policy experience.
• Own client relationships end to end for AI Studio accounts.
• Contribute to internal AI Studio tools, e.g., podcast/newsletter tooling.
• Flex across the wider practice, taking on related comms/policy tasks.
• Foster a collaborative environment with regular feedback.
