Job summary

Konrad is seeking a Manager on our Strategy team in the UK to oversee large-scale, cross-functional programs with global organizations as they embrace digital transformation and AI-driven innovation. You will partner with clients, shape executive-level strategy, and ensure delivery across Strategy, Design and Technology teams.

You will lead AI-forward solutions, guide operating models, and mentor junior team members while working in a hybrid setup with significant in-office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Passion for great user experiences and AI technology landscape.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and guide clients.
• Strong relationship-building and ability to identify business development opportunities.
• Executive presence to advise C-suite and senior client leaders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to travel globally for client work.
• Hybrid work model with four or more days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Lead on strategic digital transformation programs and AI/product strategy work.
• Manage cross-functional teams and advise executives on models, goals and competitive pressures.
• Be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for business development with existing clients.
• Direct the creation of AI-forward digital solutions and target-state operating models.
• Facilitate collaboration between Strategy, Design and Technology teams to align vision.
• Lead executive design thinking workshops and architecture sessions.
• Oversee preparation of presentations and RFP responses for senior audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
