Job summary

Konrad is seeking a Manager on our Strategy team to lead large-scale AI-enabled digital transformation programs. You will partner with Strategy, Design and Technology teams, shape executive-level strategy, and ensure delivery success across global client engagements.

As a senior team member, you will mentor juniors, drive business development, and advocate for best-in-class, human-centered experiences. This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration four days a week and global travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; diverse backgrounds welcome.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong user experience focus and AI tech landscape understanding.
• Proven ability to guide clients toward actionable, analytical views.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Lead on strategic digital transformation programs.
• Advise executives on business models, goals and AI opportunities.
• Be the primary day-to-day client contact and relationship builder.
• Identify opportunities for new engagements and growth with clients.
• Lead creation of AI-forward digital solutions and operating models.
• Coordinate Strategy, Design and Technology teams toward the program vision.
• Facilitate executive design thinking and architecture workshops.
• Prepare high-impact presentations and RFP responses.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as a thought leader.
