Job summary

Konrad is seeking a Strategy Manager to oversee large-scale, cross-functional programs with global clients embracing digital transformation and AI-enabled products. You will lead AI strategy, shape executive-level direction, and partner with Strategy, Design, and Technology teams to deliver human-centered experiences.

You will mentor junior teammates, manage client expectations, and drive business development opportunities while traveling globally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of user experience and AI technology landscape.
• Experience structuring complex problems and guiding clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel globally for client work.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cross-functional programs and AI strategy work.
• Guide executive clients in evaluating business models and goals.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, manage expectations.
• Identify opportunities for new engagements and growth.
• Direct creation of AI-forward digital solutions and operating models.
• Facilitate executive design thinking workshops and architecture sessions.
• Prepare high-impact presentations and RFP responses.
• Mentor junior team members and champion knowledge sharing.
