Job summary

Konrad is seeking a Strategy Consultant to guide global organisations through digital transformation and AI-enabled product strategy. You will work with Design and Technology teams to translate business goals into human-centered experiences and lead strategic workstreams that shape AI adoption across industries.

The role requires experience in strategy consulting, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a hybrid office-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Passion for user experiences and the rapidly evolving AI technology landscape.
• Ability to independently structure complex, ambiguous business problems and communicate a clear, analytical point of view.
• Excellent writing competency and communication skills for advising enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to travel globally for client work.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment and take ownership of independent deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients and internal teams in understanding business models, goals, and competitive pressures, identifying AI-enabled opportunities.
• Drive AI-forward digital solutions and target-state operating models for diverse clients and industries.
• Analyze clients' processes and market position through research and interviews.
• Contribute to advisory work on digital transformation and AI-driven product strategy.
• Bridge business strategy with human-centered user experiences through collaboration with Design and Tech teams.
• Lead workshops and planning activities for UX, technology architecture, and project delivery.
• Create high-impact presentations and RFP responses for senior audiences.
• Track evolving AI and product innovation landscape to share insights with clients and teams.
