AllSaints in London is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive practical use of generative AI, AI agents, and ML across the business. This role blends high-impact AI strategy with hands-on solution design, engineering, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will translate ambitious AI ideas into measurable outcomes, lead discovery with senior leaders, build AI agents, integrate APIs, and write code to deliver ROI for the brand.

The Role

As our AI Enablement Lead, you will transform how our business operates through the practical application of generative AI, AI agents, and machine learning. This is a hybrid role blending high-impact AI strategy and consulting with hands-on solution design and engineering.

You aren't just researching theoretical concepts; you are in a delivery-focused position responsible for turning AI ideas into measurable business outcomes. Equally comfortable facilitating discovery workshops with senior business leaders as you are building AI agents, integrating APIs, and writing code, you will act as the strategic engine driving AI value across the brand.

About the Project and Team

You will play a pivotal role within our Technology and Transformation team, whilst partnering heavily with cross-functional teams across Ecommerce, Merchandising, Retail, Finance, and Operations. You will be working alongside Project Managers, Architects, and Engineering partners to deliver modern AI capabilities, playing the role of the ultimate AI translator who helps teams discover ‘the art of the possible’ using Google Cloud AI technologies.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Identify High-Value Opportunities: Partner directly with business functions to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value and commercial impact
• Shape AI Roadmaps: Facilitate discovery workshops, translate business problems into AI use cases, build business cases, prioritise opportunities, and define AI roadmaps aligned with brand strategy
• Educate & Inspire: Educate stakeholders on AI capabilities and limitations, helping departments across the business understand the art of the possible

AI Solution Design & Governance

• Architect Scalable Solutions: Design secure, end-to-end, scalable AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform, selecting appropriate models, tools, and architectures
• Responsible AI & Governance: Support the organisation in adopting AI responsibly by defining guardrails, managing risks, prompt management, model evaluation, security reviews, and data privacy
• Establish Blueprint Standards: Produce solution designs, implementation plans, reusable AI patterns, and creation of implementation standards across the organisation

Hands-on Delivery & Engineering

• Build AI Capabilities: Develop production-ready AI assistants, internal copilots, workflow automation, knowledge assistants, conversational analytics, AI-powered search, executive assistants, and data analysis agents
• Deploy Google Cloud AI Stack: Build solutions leveraging Gemini Enterprise, Gemini for Google Workspace, Gemini Code Assist, Vertex AI (Studio, Search, Agent Builder), Agent Designer, and the Agent Development Kit (ADK)
• Engineering & System Integration: Develop AI workflows using Python, REST APIs, BigQuery, BigQuery ML, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Workflows, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Dataplex, Looker, and Google Workspace APIs
• Advanced AI Implementation: Implement prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), function calling, and complex API integrations
• Rapid Prototyping & Scaling: Deliver proofs of concept rapidly to validate business value before scaling and productionising solutions in partnership with engineering teams
• Measure Business Outcomes: Measure adoption and business outcomes to ensure solutions deliver tangible ROI

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions, with strong consulting, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills in Agile delivery environments
• Strong software engineering capability with experience building Generative AI applications and integrating enterprise systems
• Essential technical expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, Python, REST APIs, BigQuery, SQL, and Git
• Hands-on mastery of Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Vector Search, and LLM evaluation
• Desirable experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Agent Development Kit (ADK), MCP (Model Context Protocol), Cloud Run, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, Looker, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning
• Fast-paced retail or commercial awareness with exceptional communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to business stakeholders and technical developers alike
