Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in the United Kingdom is seeking an AI Native Startup Partner Manager for NVIDIA for Startups. You will identify, engage, and recruit European startups building on NVIDIA technologies, evaluating technical maturity and platform alignment.

You will work with venture capital and NVIDIA teams to accelerate production adoption of CUDA libraries and SDKs, deliver technical workshops, and support startups across Europe. Travel to engage with startups and investors is expected.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in related fields such as startup accelerators or incubators, executive or senior roles at technology startups, platform ecosystem development, or venture capital with a strong technology focus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Strong affinity for AI, machine learning, data science, and accelerated computing, with familiarity across CUDA, GPU architectures, NVIDIA SDKs, and modern AI tooling.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage, technically assess, and recruit startups across Europe building on NVIDIA platforms, focusing on Media & Entertainment, LegalTech, AI Developer Tools, Data Science, and Generative AI.
Evaluate startup technical maturity, architecture decisions, and platform alignment, including CUDA libraries and NVIDIA SDK usage.
Share ecosystem insights with internal partners and translate startup feedback into actionable input for platform, SDK, and product teams.
Act as the voice of NVIDIA Inception members by understanding their technical roadmaps and architectures.
Provide AI Native priority members with content and tooling to accelerate CUDA-based libraries and NVIDIA SDK adoption.
Design and lead technical workshops with Solutions Architects to accelerate time-to-production on NVIDIA technologies.
Collaborate with venture capital ecosystem to surface differentiated startups and support portfolio companies with compute and platform strategy.
Support sell-to and sell-with motions aligning with NVIDIA sales teams and startups’ customers.
