We're partnering with a well-established UK organisation to appoint an AI Business Partner, a newly created role focused on helping the business unlock the value of Artificial Intelligence across multiple functions and operating areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business and technology. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, automate processes and drive measurable business outcomes.

Rather than building AI models from scratch, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping teams understand where AI can deliver genuine value, supporting implementation initiatives, and ensuring solutions are adopted effectively across the business.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the IT leadership team, you'll become the organisation's AI champion and subject matter expert, working collaboratively with leaders across a variety of departments to identify, prioritise and deliver AI-driven initiatives.

You'll play a key role in translating business challenges into practical AI solutions, managing an opportunity pipeline, driving adoption, and ensuring the organisation realises tangible benefits from its investment in emerging technologies.
