Job summary

Aqovia is an international technology firm seeking an operational right-hand to our UK Operations Manager. You will own internal projects end-to-end, bridging technical and commercial teams, and driving velocity across the business.

You’ll design wireframes and process flows with Figma and Miro, create actionable materials, and report progress directly to leadership. A strong ownership mindset and clear communication are essential.

• Proven experience gathering requirements, optimizing workflows, and delivering milestones.
• Ability to translate concepts into actionable solutions and drive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Drive internal operational initiatives end-to-end, removing bottlenecks and turning concepts into actions.
• Bridge strategy & tech by coordinating between architects and commercial teams for pre-sales and client materials.
• Create wireframes, process flows, and docs using Figma and Miro, establishing a single source of truth for team docs.
• Track workflows, manage timelines, and deliver executive summaries to leadership.
