Role Overview

As we execute our "AI-First" mandate, we are seeking a laser focussed, hands-on Principal AI Solutions Engineer to drive our AI strategy, execution, and commercial impact. Serving as the bridge between internal operations, enterprise clients, and engineering teams, you will act as our primary technical catalyst.

You will rapidly prototype AI solutions, automate business processes, and architect scalable, production-ready pipelines. Balancing executive gravitas with hands-on technical depth.

Core Responsibilities

• Internal Efficiency & Automation: Analyse operational friction to deploy concrete AI tools, LLM workflows, and autonomous agents. Automate internal functions including project costings, pipeline tracking, invoicing, and resource planning.

• Technical Execution & Prototyping: Rapidly design, build, and deliver production ready proofs-of-concept (PoCs). Build agentic flows, test prompts, and validate technical feasibility.

• Client Engagement & Sales Support: Join C-suite conversations as the primary AI expert, open new doors, and be able to present AI based solutions.

• Enablement & Handover: Produce clear technical documentation and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth PoC handovers and long-term solution maintenance.

Candidate Profile & Key Qualifications

• Hands-On AI Expertise: Deep practical knowledge of modern AI frameworks, agentic systems, data pipelines, and LLM integrations (e.g., GPT-4, Vertex AI, LangChain, AutoGen, custom APIs).

• Consultative & Commercial Gravitas: Proven success advising enterprise C-suite stakeholders, supporting sales pitches, and translating technical capabilities into business value.

• Results-Oriented Mindset: Laser focused on top-line revenue growth and bottom-line margin expansion.

• Domain Breadth: Ability to diagnose and solve operational problems across Finance, Legal, HR, and Project Management.

• Autonomy & Leadership: Self-directed, resilient in ambiguous environments, and driven by explicit career trajectory toward executive leadership.

• Operational ROI: Quantifiable time and cost savings achieved across internal operations.
