Job summary

Search Chain Partners is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, turning AI capabilities into production systems that solve real problems. You will sit between engineering, product and the customer to scope problems on-site and ship solutions quickly.

You will embed with clients, design and deploy AI-powered solutions (LLM apps, agents, retrieval pipelines, integrations), own delivery end to end, and translate field insights into product feedback.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience (Python/TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, APIs, and data tooling.
• Strong communication skills; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand workflows, data and goals.
• Design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions (LLM apps, agents, retrieval pipelines, integrations).
• Own delivery end to end, from prototype to production rollout.
• Work with customer engineering and business teams to drive adoption.
• Turn field insights into product feedback and reusable tooling.
• Troubleshoot issues in live customer environments.
