OctaiPipe is seeking a Sales Engineer who can guide enterprise opportunities from first conversation through successful delivery, championing sustainable AI for data centres.

You will partner with Account Executives, coordinate technical validation, and translate complex technical requirements into clear business value for stakeholders. Travel to meet prospects and support channel partners is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales for enterprise SaaS.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience managing RFIs and security questionnaires.
• Proven project management across discovery to delivery.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Qualify, progress and close enterprise opportunities across the full sales cycle.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand challenges and objectives.
• Produce proposals and SOWs defining requirements and scope.
• Coordinate RFIs and due diligence with Engineering, Product, Delivery.
• Manage customer-facing activities: demos, workshops, site visits.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Ensure smooth handover to delivery and post-sale support.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering/Marketing on feedback.
• Stay informed on AI platform and cooling optimisation.
• Support channel partners on joint opportunities and events.
• Travel to meet prospects and represent OctaiPipe.
