Job summary

Marmion Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to shape AI-powered customer workflows, support onboarding, and help customers maximise value from automation.

You will work with Customer Success, Product and Development teams, gain exposure to APIs, integrations and data analysis, and develop a long-term career in AI and SaaS.

This role is office-based in Leeds with remote consideration for the right candidate; salary £30,000–£35,000 per annum and 30 days holiday.

Responsibilities

• Configure AI-powered workflows and customer engagement journeys based on business requirements.
• Support customer onboarding activities, including platform setup and deployment preparation.
• Assist with workflow configuration, testing and optimisation to deliver successful outcomes.
• Translate customer processes into scalable automated workflows.
