Job summary

Point72 seeks a forward-thinking professional to join our Market Intelligence Team, partnering with investment professionals and Compliance to apply AI to financial research. You will design practical AI solutions, translate business needs into product asks, and enable teams through training and tooling.

You will collaborate with EMEA groups, assess feasibility, and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows while maintaining high ethical standards and rigorous research processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing product, solution-engineering or forward-deployed role.
• Solid AI knowledge and engineering practice; comfort with Python, LLM tooling, model APIs, RAG and agents; SQL/data experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree; STEM background preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements from non-technical users and translating them into adopted solutions.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and how investment research is done.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior investment professionals.
• Strong product instinct, bias to action, high energy and comfort operating with ambiguity.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a forward-deployed solution architect: identify high-value AI use cases, shape practical designs and validate value with lightweight proofs-of-concept.
• Bridge between EMEA teams and AI resources; translate signals into product/platform asks and surface firm capabilities.
• Lead enablement through teach-ins, prompt/tool literacy and best-practice sharing to move AI from novelty to everyday work.
• Provide light-touch technical support to unblock teams via quick integrations or precise bug reports; not owning core production systems.
• Track adoption and impact with simple metrics and feed learnings back to firm-wide capability teams.
