Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI/ML software development and lab teaching environments.

Responsibilities

• Support staff and students across AI and software development workflows in teaching labs.
• Assist with GPU compute systems, lab setup and enterprise/research projects as needed.
• Provide proactive customer-focused support and contribute to delivering high-quality technical services.
