• Proven ability to support staff and students in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist technical support to the School of Digital Arts and wider Faculty.
• Manage studio spaces and support Technical Skills Sessions.
• Assist in public-facing demonstrators and showcases.
• Deliver high level customer service and training.
