Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an AI Security Specialist to protect AI systems across the organisation, embedding security from the design phase and collaborating with engineering and data teams to build robust controls.

The role involves threat detection, incident response and compliance with ISO 27001, NIST and UK GDPR, in a hybrid working environment with opportunities to influence the future of banking technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in AI security, cyber security or related field.
• Experience securing AI systems and cloud applications.
• Knowledge of security controls: IAM, encryption, network security, secure app design.
• Experience with security testing and adversarial assessments (in scope).
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST and UK GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Protect AI platforms and applications from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Design and deploy AI-driven security capabilities (threat detection, anomaly detection, incident response).
• Conduct risk assessments, threat modelling and security audits.
• Advise on risk, compliance and regulatory requirements.
