Job summary
TD is seeking an engineering leader to drive the delivery of AI security-enabled capabilities across a regulated banking environment in London. You will oversee technical direction, product delivery, and people management, partnering with global security and AI teams to build scalable, secure solutions.
The role requires hands-on architectural expertise with generative AI, agentic workflows, and enterprise integrations, backed by deep software engineering fundamentals and governance know-how.
Qualifications
- Significant experience (15+ years) delivering enterprise tech in regulated environments.
- Proven leadership of distributed engineering teams and multi-year product portfolios.
- Hands-on architectural experience with production-grade generative AI and enterprise integrations.
- Strong software foundations: APIs, microservices, distributed systems, data pipelines, CI/CD.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI security-enabled capability delivery and translate priorities into scalable solutions.
- Define architecture and engineering excellence across security teams and AI offices.
- Design safeguards for autonomous agents and automated remediation controls.
- Partner with Security Operations and Engineering to deliver enterprise-grade security harnesses.
