Job summary

Deel is seeking an AI Security Specialist to join our Information Security team and secure AI-powered systems across Deel's global environment. You will define security standards for AI adoption and collaborate with engineering, product, IT, and security teams to deploy safe AI tools and capabilities.

You will evaluate new AI tools, define guardrails, and ensure compliance with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. You will lead security assessments, threat modeling for AI/ML models, and plan AI-focused

Qualifications

• Experience defining security standards for AI adoption.
• Proven ability to run security assessments for AI/ML models and deployments.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain AI security strategy across Deel's infrastructure and product ecosystem.
• Lead security assessments and threat modeling for AI/ML models and agentic AI systems.
• Evaluate and deploy AISPM and AIDR solutions; secure MCP server deployments and data flows.
• Own security review for internal AI tool adoption and enablement.
