Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an AI Security Specialist to join one of four CISO teams at the intersection of AI and cyber security.

You will tackle AI-driven vulnerability management, security architecture for the AI era, and production security controls across enterprise-scale deployments. The role requires deep expertise in offensive security, SecOps, and governance for agentic AI, with a track record of building scalable security solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong record of technical leadership and architecture on complex, novel systems.
• Deep expertise building and scaling agentic/LLM systems with rigorous evaluation, guardrails, and production reliability.
• Demonstrated depth across offensive security and detection/SecOps.
• Advanced certs (OSWE, OSCE) and/or recognized AppSec/detection contributions (open source, research, conference talks) (nice to have)
• Experience defining AI governance/model-evaluation frameworks and addressing AI-security threats at scale (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Offensive Security & Vulnerability Management: AI-assisted pen testing at scale, automated exploit validation, bridge between discovery and remediation.
• AI & Emerging Technology Security: Define safe deployment of AI, security architecture and assurance for new implementations, build next-gen AI-powered tools.
• Cyber Security AI Services: Own AI security products in production—security assurance, operations, governance and controls, vulnerability assessment.
• Cyber Security Operations: Detection, triage, and response for AI-enabled threats and attack scenarios.
