Job summary

Citi’s Chief Information Security Office is expanding teams to secure AI-enabled systems across the firm. You will contribute to offensive security, SecOps, and AI governance while shaping scalable security architectures for agentic AI deployed at enterprise scale.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, rigorous threat modeling, and rapid delivery of secure AI tooling across Citi’s global platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong record of technical leadership and architecture on complex, novel systems.
• Deep expertise building and scaling agentic/LLM systems with rigorous evaluation, guardrails, and production reliability.
• Demonstrated depth across offensive security and detection/SecOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of four Citi CISO teams at the intersection of AI and cyber security.
• Oversee AI-driven vulnerability management, triage, and remediation pipelines.
• Develop security architecture for AI deployment, evaluation, and production monitoring.
• Own security products in production, governance, and incident response in an AI context.
